Delicious and healthy - Sun dried noodles with fruit enzymes

  • Natural processed noodles with completely no preservatives. The process from fruit vinegar enzymes to natural sun dried noodles takes 5 years.

  • Enzyme changes noodles’ structure, making it naturally more chewy and delicious.

  • Enzyme breaks down carbohydrates, helping your stomach digest food more easily.

The noodle: Sun drying technique allows noodles to be preserved for 12 months, without adding any preservatives and artificial substances. You can still smell the natural flour aroma.


The sauce: The spicy flavor sauce is made with Chinese red chili pepper and virgin olive oil. It’s mildly spicy, and is suitable for people who don't normally eat spicy food.


How to cook: Cook the noodles in boiled water for 5 minutes. Dry the noodles and mix with the sauce. You may add some minced garlic and green onions to add more flavor.
